Neuritin (Nrn1) is a neurotrophic factor that plays various roles in neural development and synaptic plasticity. In this study, the NRN1 gene was cloned and expressed in Escherichia coli and then recombinant neuritin protein was purified so that its neurobiological activity could be evaluated. The protein, which was obtained at ...

Manuscripts are accepted for review with the understanding that no substantial portion of the study has been published or is under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that its submission for publication has been approved by all the authors and by the institution where the work was carried out. Manuscripts that do not meet the general criteria or standards for publication in Cellular & Molecular Biology Letters will be returned to the authors, without detailed review. As soon as possible after submission, authors are asked to send the filled Transfer of Copyright Agreement form to the Editorial Office (See page about submission information).

It is anticipated that the page charge of 30.00 EUR per printed page will be paid by the authors. However, payment of the charge is not a condition of publication. Colour illustrations will be published at the author's expense. The actual prices are available from the Editorial Office.

Cellular & Molecular Biology Letters will publish free of charge black-and-white advertisements and announcements about scientific events such as conferences, workshops and courses. Commercial advertisements are welcome at a special rate of 200.00 EUR per full page and 120.00 EUR per half page. For details, please contact the Editorial Office.
